When you allow external pressures—be it toxic relationships, financial worry, or a chaotic home—to dictate your internal state, you are sacrificing your general wellbeing and longevity. When we hurry, we don't just move fast; we bypass the moments that make life worth living, trading our long-term longevity for short-term, frantic movement.
