What’s Stealing Your Peace?
Inner peace isn't a luxury; it’s a survival requirement. Without it, your "active life" is just a slow burnout. When you allow external pressures—be it toxic relationships, financial worry, or a chaotic home—to dictate your internal state, you are sacrificing your general wellbeing and longevity. You cannot pour from an empty cup, and you cannot lead a healthy life if your soul is in a constant state of emergency. For the past six days, we have discussed the dangers of stress, anger, haste, and unforgiveness. We’ve seen how these "silent killers" affect our bodies and our marriages.
